Think of your own COL 270 achievement microproject. It could be something creative,
challenging, innovative, etc. The only requirement is that it be related to information
technology in some way.
Note: Discuss your idea with your instructor before you begin work on it in order to
make sure it is appropriate.

Using this document as a guide, write step-by-step instructions the detail how to
complete your achievement.
3)
Finally, using your instructions, actually complete an example of your achievement.
4)
Take signed photos of your instructions and your finished work and add everything to
your portfolio.
5)
Contact your COL 270 professor and discuss how you should submit your work.
Depending on what kind of achievement you have created, there may be special ways
you need to turn it in for grading.
 

27) Compare bandwidth and throughput in different locations. (20 Points)

1) Apply for a mobile data internet service, find out the bandwidth of this service and write it down.

2) Check the throughput three times at home and write the average.

3) Repeat step two in two other locations

4) compare the results in a table, is there a difference, if so why do you think that is?

5) Place your avatar on a page with the table and a brief explanation as to why there is or isn’t a difference and hand it in to your instructor.
